Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EDailo. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. You will need to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
